MERCY MEDICAL CENTER

Medical Records
A patient, or legal representative, may obtain a copy of their imaging records.  Mercy requires a signed release of records and photo ID before releasing any documents to the patient.  If an individual other than the patient is picking up the records, then that individual must have an original signed authorization letter from the patient along with a photo ID.

Your report will be interpreted and sent to your physician within 24 to 72 hours.

Know Where to Check In
Mercy has 5 different locations for imaging services.  Some of these locations perform limited exams.  In order to provide the care you need, it is recommended that you verify what facility you need to arrive at.
